1.You can book on Azmar flights:         

• By Visit one of Azmar airlines sales agent.
               
• By Sending an E-mail to azmarpta@hotmail.com or azmarairlines@yahoo.com Pleasemention your name, your contact number, the destination, and then we will revert with your itinerary details.
               
• Book online through our website www.azmarairline.net ; booking will be canceled if not ticketed within 18hours.
                   

2.You can change your flight date:             

• Contact Azmar Air main office on 053 319  39 29 by giving the sales staff your booking reference or your ticket number.
               
• By visiting one of Azmar airlines sales agent.
               
• Date change should be done prior to 48hrs of flight departure. 
             

3.How to reconfirm your flight?

You are required to reconfirm your flight before 48houres of flight departure. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking. And if you already issued your ticket and you did not reconfirm your date of departure before 48hrs you will be in charge of  penalty as follows:

             
• If the reconfirmation made within 48 hrs the penalty will be 50 $
               
• If the reconfirmation made within 24hrs the penalty will be 100$
               
• If the reconfirmation didn’t made the penalty will be 150$
             

4.What is the minimum time required between purchase and departure?

Currently, you must book your flight on Azmar Air at least 3 hours before scheduled flight time.

5.Can I hold the reservation before paying for the travel?

Yes, if you wish to reserve a seat through Azmar Air website, you may, your reservation will be held for up to 18hrs, and you will need to visit any Azmar Air sales agent to make your payment in person.

6.How do I view round-trip flights and fares at Azmar Air.net?

You may go through the reservations process and cancel at any time. You will see a total fare for the dates and flights you selected before you cancel.

You may also view flights and all the fares listed for those flights from the Reservations Main Menu. (To get there, click "Reservations" from anywhere on the Azmar Air website).
